The Evangelical Free Church of Blairstown is an independent church, not under the authority of any denomination. However, for broader fellowship and increased ministry we have affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). This association of independent churches was begun in 1884 by Scandinavian immigrants. Today it has constituents in over 1,000 churches from all backgrounds and walks of life.

We are EVANGELICAL in faith, stressing the need of salvation and a personal relationship with God through Christ. We are committed to the Bible as God’s truth.

We are FREE in government, stressing the independence and autonomy of the local church.

We are a CHURCH offering worship, instruction, fellowship and service to each member of the family.
