Strategic Initiatives

Building a solid and consistent process and plan for communicating who we are and what we are about to all those who attend EFCB and to those within the surrounding communities. We want everyone who attends to think in terms of "small steps" as it relates to growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Once the "small step" is identified, then it's a matter of getting on the right path to fulfill it – whether it means serving, participating in one of our growth arenas, or engaging in a peer mentoring relationship.

Promoting and fostering healthy church family relationships as a priority by capitalizing on EFCB's welcoming and caring spirit, and a commitment to love, humility, selfless & sacrificial living.

Helping people grow to be mature, fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ by ensuring that everyone who attends is growing spiritually including our leaders. Jesus stated in John 10:10, "I have come that you might have life, and have it abundantly."
